Data Scientist

Playermaker is the ultimate performance insight product for football teams.
We're developing a performance tracking platform using AI and Machine Learning algorithms for athletes and aim to revolutionize the sports industry.
Our Algo team develops unique machine learning and signal processing algorithms which turn inertial motion data into priceless insights for both coaches, players, and scientists, based on a huge database containing thousands of football training hours. This includes innovative bio-mechanical models for describing human motion.

We're looking for a Data Scientist to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Maintaining and developing algorithms for detection and classification of interesting events over raw motion sensor data
  •  Defining data gathering requirements for the Algo operations team
  •  Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  •  Implementing and testing the algorithms as part of the operational server code 
  •  Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  •  Reviewing other team members’ algorithms and code
  •  Looking for opportunities to generate insights from long term data analysis
  •  Keeping up-to-date with the latest relevant ML technology trends
  •  Contributing to academic research projects and patent applications

Job requirements:

  •  Experience with learning algorithm development, knowledge with one of the leading ML frameworks, like Tensorflow/ Theano / Torch
  •  Matlab and Python skills
  •  M.Sc or above in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Physics or other related fields with at least 2 years of experience as a researcher in the field of data science, or B.Sc with at least 5 years industry experience

Advantages:

Technical Support Specialist

We're developing a performance tracking platform using AI and Machine Learning algorithms for athletes and aim to revolutionize the sports industry.
We are looking for a part-time Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be in charge of troubleshooting technical issues and provide feedback and solutions to our global System Solution Expert.
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. In addition, a Technical Support Engineer will need to create periodical issues reports, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication in English.
The Technical Support Specialist will report directly to the Head of Customer Success.

Responsibilities 

  •  Troubleshooting technical issues.
  •  Providing physical technical support for current users. Availability for replacing defect equipment within 24 hours from the user's reporting of an issue
  •  Documenting and reporting every technical issue
  •  Creating periodical issues reports
  •  Continuously updating the user's FAQ in cooperation with the QA, to keep all assistance up to date. 
  •  Proactive engagement with customers regarding suspected issues

Requirements:

  •  Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
  •  Native written and verbal communication in English (mandatory)
  •  Full control of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  •  High capability to learn new systems

 Working Hours:

This job requires a minimum of 4 daily hours and varies from time to time.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Leader to join our company. The Content Marketing leader’s mission is to deliver amazing content to grow our engaged audience of soccer players at all levels and drive conversations that take our brand to the next level. The ultimate candidate will  be working closely with the CMO to optimize our buying journey and the conversion

Responsibilities

  •  Take ownership of the end-to-end content production and messaging, including managing external sources. 
  •  Develop Playernaker’s content strategy that is relevant to our audience and builds relationships and trust across every stage of their journey
  •  Write content pieces from scratch, including email campaigns, digital marketing ads, presentations, PR,  web pages, sales enablement materials, case studies, blog posts,, video scripts,  webinars, and SEO keywords input. 
  •  Craft smart content distribution plans that reach the buyer at just the right moment
  •  Ensure engaging, clever, and fun tone of voice for every piece of content that gets launched
  •  Work with agencies, freelancers, and internal team to ensure both volume and quality of content
  •  Own the content strategy: videos, social, email, and thought leadership/PR
  •  Deeply understand the customer’s emotional and functional profile to speak value in their language - soccer!
  •  Review and maintain Playermaker’s content calendar, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

  •  3-5+ years of Content Marketing strategy and leadership experience in sales tech, consumer tech, or media - Familiarity with Sports tech is a big advantage! 
  •  Native English is a MUST.
  •  Your work should require little or no review & edits before publishing.
  •  Excellent proofreading skills in the tech industry, ideally in sports technologies.
  •  Passion for startups and building things from the ground up
  •  High-output, high-quality and impressive creativity in writing.

Costumer Success Manager

We're developing a performance tracking platform using AI and Machine Learning algorithms for athletes and aim to revolutionize the sports industry.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team with experience in the field of Fitness and Health. In this role, you will be in charge of monitoring customer engagement, managing customer relationships, and guiding customers on using Playermaker. We are looking for tech-savvy skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for Sports for the Customer Success Manager position. In addition, as a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the voice of the customer in front of the company’s departments. The CSM will report directly to the Head of Customer Success & Support

Responsibilities 

  •  Onboard new clients on how to use the product
  •  Daily tracking over customers engagement
  •  Develop and maintain healthy customer relationship
  •  Conduct product training meeting with customers based on their journey
  •  Identify concerns and opportunities for each customer
  •  Evaluation of customer needs
  •  Constantly updating customers’ usage status
  •  Gather customers feedback
  •  Conduct QBR meetings and NPS/Satisfaction surveys

 

Requirements:

  •  Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
  •  Proven experience in working and communicating with customers in English
  •  Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Success, or similar roles
  •  Spanish speaking - advantage
