Frontend Senior Developer

PlayerMaker is the ultimate performance insight product for football teams. 

We are a growing start-up located in Tel Aviv (6 min walk from the train).

We are now looking for an Angular Frontend Developer to join our super talented software team. The senior developer will lead future development and be responsible for improving our development standards and methodologies in the frontend areas.


  •  Design and build next-generation web applications with a focus on the client.
  •  Develop features in Angular 9
  •  Analyze requirements, Prepare Designs, Develop and Maintain our platform.
  •  Research new technologies and take our product forward to the future.
  •  Work closely with other engineers, product, and algorithm team to create new capabilities.
  •  Design-build and work on creating standards and development methodologies.
  •  Take part in the development and code review team member's tasks.

Job Requirements :

  •  4 Years of Experience in web applications development
  •  3 Years of Experience working with Angular 2+ and typescript
  •  B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent background from technological army units
  •  You need to be dedicated, independent, problem solver, and a self-learner.
  •  Experience working in an agile methodology (preferable scrum).
  •  Experience in leading feature development.


  •  Experience working with modern CI/CD technologies Dockers, CloudFront, s3.
  •  Experience building web applications.
  •  Experience working with Storybook and other best practices.

Data Scientist

We're developing a performance tracking platform using AI and Machine Learning algorithms for athletes and revolutionizing the sports industry.

Our Algo team develops a unique ML and signal processing algorithms which turn inertial motion data into priceless insights for both coaches, players, and sports scientists, based on a huge database containing thousands of football training hours.
We're looking for a Data Scientist to join the team.
As a Data Scientist, you will be reporting to the algorithm team leader and be the machine learning point of contact in the company.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Maintaining and developing algorithms for detection and classification of interesting events over raw motion sensor data
  •  Developing algorithms for calculating the product’s tactical KPIs
  •  Defining data gathering requirements for the Algo operations team
  •  Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  •  Implementing and testing the algorithms as part of the operational server code 
  •  Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  •  Reviewing other team members’ algorithms and code
  •  Looking for opportunities to generate insights from long term data analysis
  •  Keeping up-to-date with the latest relevant ML technology trends
  •  Contributing to academic research projects

Job requirements:

  •  M.Sc or above in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Physics or other related fields with at least 2 years of experience as a researcher in the field of data science, or B.Sc with at least 5 years industry experience
  •  Experience with learning algorithm development, knowledge with one of the leading ML frameworks, like Tensorflow/ Theno / Torch
  •  Experience in signal processing for filtering and feature engineering
  •  Matlab and Python skills

  •  Experience with motion data and inertial measurement units
  •  Knowledge in the robotics field (main experience with body orientation and translation)
